We at Crete Retreat are committed to providing you a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We do understand that sometimes guests need to cancel or are not happy with their stay.
Our policies for cancellation are as follows:
- To receive a full refund, less any transaction fees you must cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- If you cancel between 14 and 60 days before check-in, you’ll be receive a 50% refund, less any transaction fees.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in you will be charged in full.
- You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in, less any transaction fees. After this you will be charged in full
Damages:
If you leave your villa in an unreasonable condition, or excessive damages, we reserve the right to charge you an additional cleaning fee or repair bill.
Winter Rentals:
We offer our villas for long term winter rental from November to April, the minimum rental term is 28 days. The price for this is inclusive of, the villa, water and internet access. Our villas are fitted with photovoltaic solar panels to provide electricity to the air conditioner units, and wood burning stoves to provide heat during your stay. Electricity, Gas , fire wood, bed linen & towels is additional to the rental price, with the exception of The HorseBox whereby electricity is included.
Electricity is metered and charged at the standard Greek usage rate, payable monthly for rentals longer than 1 month, and fortnightly for 1 month rentals.
Gas is for the gas hobs, and for the gas BBQ’s. Crete Retreat will provide a bottle but it is up to the guest to replenish the gas.
Fire wood can either be purchased from us or you can source your own supplies locally.
Bed linen is charged at €10 a set which includes fitted sheet, pillow cases, Duvet and Duvet cover. Additional blankets are €5 each.
Towels are €10 a person which includes, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 pool towel.
The villas come fully equipped and furnished.
Cancellation of your winter let:
If you cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival a full refund is provided, less any transaction charges incurred by us via stripe.
Cancellation of between 60 and 30 days before arrival a refund of 50% is provided, less any transaction charges incurred by us via stripe.
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival you will be charged in full
